1. Service Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a service before work has commenced by contacting our support team. Once a project, campaign, setup, or service has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Since our services involve digital products, software setup, consultation, and customized business solutions, payments made are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

However, if Seven Sarthi approves a refund under exceptional circumstances, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days from the date of approval.
